Such a healthy, fabulous breakfast!!
- 3 cups old fashioned quaker oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cups melted coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 5-6 tablespoons chia
mix everything together and bake for 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan!!
