Something I Make Twice a Week

Oatmeal Bake

Such a healthy, fabulous breakfast!!


  • 3 cups old fashioned quaker oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cups melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 5-6 tablespoons chia

mix everything together and bake for 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan!!
